Shayne Fitz-Coy and Arar Han co-founded Sabot Family Companies in 2016. Both serve as Co-CEOs.

Long-term ownership

Sabot acquires small and midsize businesses using family capital for long-term ownership. Han leads seller conversations, while Fitz-Coy leads operating oversight and leadership development.

Sabot acquired Rustic Pathways in December 2019. Fitz-Coy and Han’s earlier ResponseLink investment began in 2013, before Sabot was founded.
