Generative AI in practice
Hypothetical: a customer considers replacing a report-generation feature in a software product with a general-purpose model. Substitution depends on output quality, reliability, integration, total costs and workflow fit. It is a risk to investigate, not proof that the customer has switched or that a specific software investment suffered a loss.
