Maturity wall
A concentration of debt maturities over a period that can create repayment or refinancing pressure. The period need not be exactly one year.
Maturity wall in round numbers
Hypothetical, in US$ millions: 40 of term-loan principal and 40 of drawn revolver principal both mature in year six, giving 80 of gross principal due. An undrawn facility limit is not principal to repay. Cash, prior paydowns and other funding determine how much must be refinanced.
